IncluManage: The Universal MTSS Layer for Every Classroom.
The management layer that bridges general education and special education workflows. IncluManage standardizes classroom-level MTSS processes, automates federal reporting for Title VI-B, and gives district administrators a single source of truth for compliance and intervention data across all tiers.
Enterprise desktop application for administrators, interventionists, and classroom teachers.

Platform Features
One System for Every Tier, Every Teacher, Every Student
IncluManage eliminates the fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected tools that plague MTSS implementation. Every tier, every intervention, every data point lives in one place.
Unified GenEd & SPED Workflows
General education teachers and special education staff share one platform. Tier 1 universal screening data, Tier 2 targeted intervention logs, and Tier 3 intensive IEP-linked progress monitoring all flow through a single interface — eliminating the data silos that delay identification and intervention.
Automated Title VI-B Reporting
IncluManage automatically aggregates intervention data, child count metrics, and compliance documentation required for IDEA Part B federal reporting. Districts generate audit-ready Title VI-B submissions directly from real-time platform data — no manual compilation, no spreadsheet errors.
MTSS Tier Movement Tracking
Track student movement between MTSS tiers with full audit trails. Every tier change is documented with the intervention data that justified it — creating defensible records for parent meetings, due process hearings, and state compliance reviews.
Cross-Product Data Aggregation
IncluManage pulls telemetry from every product in the ecosystem — IncluMath mastery scores, IncluRegulate behavioral data, IncluPathway transition milestones, and IncluAccess accommodation metrics — into one unified student profile for comprehensive decision-making.
Compliance & Security
IDEA Compliance Built into Every Workflow.
IncluManage doesn't add compliance as an afterthought — it's the foundation of every data flow, every report, and every student interaction logged in the system.
Single Source of Truth
All MTSS, IEP, and intervention data consolidated into one platform — eliminating conflicting records across disconnected tools.
FERPA-Compliant Architecture
Zero-PII edge encryption on all data pipelines. Student records never traverse unencrypted channels.
Audit-Ready Documentation
Every data point, tier movement, and intervention decision is timestamped and attributed — ready for state compliance reviews and due process proceedings.

District Compliance Hub
For families working alongside a BCBA.
Most IncluManage use happens inside districts — IEP teams, BCBAs, and classroom teachers on a district-licensed seat. Household Mode extends the same data-collection tool to parents and caregivers whose child's BCBA, SLP, or school psychologist has asked them to continue collecting antecedent-behavior-consequence data at home.
Same engine, different defaults. The antecedent buttons are home-context (Homework, Mealtime, Bedtime Routine, Screen Time Ended, Sibling Conflict, Transition, Denied Request, Unstructured Time). The framing is the framing professionals use: behavior is communication (Carr et al., 2002), and the goal of the data is to understand what your child is telling you — never to track compliance or justify consequences.
Household Mode is not a substitute for behavioral consultation and IncluManage does not make treatment recommendations. It exists so that the data collection professionals already ask of you is faster, more consistent, and shareable back to your child's team with one tap.
Clinical note. IncluManage is a data-collection and documentation tool, not a therapeutic intervention, diagnostic instrument, or substitute for consultation with a licensed BCBA or qualified clinician. Neurodiversity-affirming, function-based thinking is built into every screen: the app actively discourages compliance-framed language and does not suggest specific interventions. If you are considering Household Mode without a current clinical relationship, we recommend connecting with one first.
